The Zachit Arada is basicly an Arada, colored blue, with some upgrades(pursuit missiles and other stuff). It is not available in a shipyard, but you could get a Arada, by some pursuit missiles and whatever else is on the ship, and go into ResEdit and change the color of the ship to blue.
