Erase Files and Reset Scenarios
In order to erase files and reset the scenerios you have to press start, select, L, R, and B simultaniously at the title screen.
Secret Maps
For secret maps first choose a map but don't build anything or save it. Just go back to the main menu and go into the new game select screen and choose the same map again. It is the same map number but the map looks different.

To do this trick you have to lower all the funding rates and the tax rate. When the tax screen comes up hold the L button and exit the screen without doing anything. then press the X button twice. Then go into the tax screen and raise everything but the tax rate back up. Get back out of the tax screen and let go of the L button.
