"The Adventures of Bayou Billy" is a Nintendo game that was made by Konami.
It was released in June of 1989.
In the game, you play Bayou Billy, a dude living in the bayou in Louisiana. You've got a girlfriend named Annabelle. There's a bad guy named Gordon, "the Gangster King of Bourbon Street". You're constantly messing up his illegal operations, so in revenge he's kidnapped Annabelle.
You gotta get to Gordon's estate and rescue Annabelle! Along the way, you'll
meet a bunch of bad guys and pick up a bunch of weapons. That's basically
the point of the game.
The game is a lot of fun! It combines hand-to-hand combat with driving and shooting. The game is one player. A Zapper is optional, but definitely comes in handy!
I know you're probably thinking "Man, this looks like a cool game! Where can
I get it?!" Well, flea markets are your best bet. Another place to look is a
department store like Kmart that sells old cartridges for, like, $9.95. Yard
sales and garage sales, too! The NES Rarity List and Price Guide v 5.0
(11/18/97) compiled by Mike Etler and Patrick Menning says the game cart is
"Borderline Common", so the game should be fairly easy to find.
So, how much is the game worth? Well, www.playersc.com says $6.00. Tomorrow's News Online says $4.00. The NES Rarity List and Price Guide v 5.0 (11/18/97) compiled by Mike Etler and Patrick Menning says $5.00. Dave's Video Game Classics says $1.04. So, I guess we can conclude that the average price would be $4.01.
What's that? Ya need some help with the game? Well, you're in luck! The Game

all the known codes and their effects. These can be emulated by Nesticle as
