Sif: Goddess of Excellence

Sif is the Goddess of skill and excellence. She is a powerful warrior woman within the pantheon yet still retains femininity and is one of the most beautiful Goddesses that resides within Valhalla.
Her husband is Thor, God of Thunder and the two are very much in love. Sif also stands for conjugal fidelity.
Loki once robbed the hair of Sif. This made Thor very angry and he came looking for revenge, he made Loki replace Sif’s hair with real gold. Loki did this by gaining the aid of two clever Dwarfs who later went on to create such artifacts as Thor’s mighty hammer Mjolnir, Odin’s Spear Gungnir and his ring Draupnir.
Sif has the ability to increase an individuals skill, but she will only do this to a person once in a lifetime.
Roleplaying Notes
Sif looks after young warriors and all those who are dedicated to the pursuit of Excellence. If the individual is in dire need Sif will send her avatar to aid but there is only a 1% chance of this happening per level of the character. If the character is capable of wielding it she will leave her sword as a souvenir of Sif’s blessing.

Sif’s Avatar (Warrior 25th, Bard 21st)
Sif’s avatar is a beautiful golden haired warrior maiden. Her sword cannot be wielded by anyone with a strength of less than 18(01).

Special Att/Def:
Any being hit by Sif must make a safe vs Paralysation or be incapacitated. This effect lasts until Sif wishes it dispelled. Any spell from the enchantment/charm sphere that is cast upon Sif’s avatar is rebounded upon the caster. Her +3 Longsword renders her invulnerable to any spell from the illusion/phantasm sphere.

Duties of the Priesthood
Priests of Sif must be dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in all things. If married they must always behave within the boundaries of the conjugal relationship.
Requirements: AB Dex 15, Cha 12; AL any Good; WP Any; AR Any.
