To save the pictures to your hardrive:

:1: Right click on the picture and hit "Save picture as..."
:2: Choose (C:) from the drop down menu
:3: Choose the destination on the hard drive and then hit "Save"

To save the pictures to a disk:

:1: Rick click on the picture and hit "Save picture as..."
:2: Choose 3 1/2 Floppy (A:) from the drop down menu
:3: Choose the destination on the disk and then hit "Save"
