By August 2004, bishop Jan Babjak, SJ, using his influence over the vast majority of clergy within his eparchy, and through pressuring various religious superiors within the Basilian community, initiates efforts toward launching a campaign of 'black-balling' the 2 Basilian clerics Reverends Josaphat and Gorazd Timkovic, OSBM, in the hopes of ascertaining their suspension and expulsion from the Order of Saint Basil the Great.
