27th of the April 2006 - Timkovic was investigated at police station in Presov, because of crime "stealing of Gresko s mobile from the Holy Altar during the feast celebration of the Divine Liturgy on Palm Sunday"...
15th of the May 2006, Presov monastery - Timkovic received in presence of Provincial Sedlacek and professed-monks Bilancik, Jacos and Gresko DECRET signed by General Superior - Protoarchimandrite B. Koubetch from Rome. Decree is about DELETING-DISMISSING Rev. Timkovic from the Order of Saint Basil the Great.
Frustrating in Decree is that it has the date already ONE YEAR AND TWO MONTHS (14 months) OLD! The date of delivered Decree is from 14th of the March 2005!!! Timkovic received also photocopy of the letter from Eastern Congregation from Vatican addressed to General Koubetch with the date 27th of April 2006 in which Congregation is granting permission to Koubetch to dismissing Timkovic from the Order which would automatically bring SUSPENSION FROM THE HOLY PRIESTHOOD. See letter from Provincial Sedlacek dated 16th of the May 2006 as testimony about above mentioned falsified dates...
Conclusion: Delivered decree about canceling of Timkovic from the Order is invalid in reason of the FALSE DATE. When will Timkovic receive from General Koubetch a new decree with actual date - it will become valid. So "eternal" saga of Timkovic is coming to its conclusive end... Why is the Vatican using false dates??? What is behind the Vatican curtain?
27th of the June 2006, Presov monastery - Timkovic received from the hands of Provincial V.J. Sedlacek in the presence of hieromonks M.M. Gresko and M.M. Bilancik, a letter from the General Superior B. Koubetch from Rome, Italy. Koubetch is writting "to somebody" decree (it is without an address and it is speaking about Timkovic in 3rd person!). He is asking him to KICK Rev. Timkovic outside from the monastery within 24 hours "if he is still living in monastery"! This invalid "decree" (without address - like a "draft letter") is basing its "decision" on another invalid decree (with false date) from 14th of the March 2005 (which was delivered to Timkovic 14 months later - 15th of the May 2006). Koubetch also sent a personal letter in Italian to Timkovic, click here.
Timkovic made an immediate appeal on Pope Benedict XVI (see word-document here) in which he asked the Pope to punish those officials of Vatican Secretary of State responsible for Slovakian affairs, because local Greek-Catholic Slovak Hierarchy is persecuting not only Timkovics, but also all Rusyns-Ruthenians and providing final solution of the Rusyn-Ruthenian nation in Slovakia. Thanks to this appeal to the Pope, everything is for now blocked and the two Timkovic brothers, both priests and sons of a now-deceased Greek-Catholic priest, are living in the Presov monastery as before. 15th of the July 2006 a meeting was held in the Presov residence of the bishop BABJAK with Apostolic Nuncio H.J. Nowacki and H.E. Cardinal Dziwisz (during the time of Pontificate of John Paul II (+2005) Dziwisz was Papal Personal Secretary). In that time "was arround" also Slovak Cardinal H.E. Jozef Tomko. "Quasi" immediately after this meeting a new violent attack began versus the Timkovics, so was broken the moratorium existing after the Timkovics appeal to the Pope. Provincial Sedlacek and the Bishop s vicar Halko were at Rome some weeks in July, when they returned, they brought a new letter from the Basilian General Superior Koubetch, in which Timkovics were asked to get out from the Presov monastery in 24 hours. A similar letter in the Slovak language was also written to the Timkovics by Provincial Sedlacek. Sedlacek asked Timkovics to move from Presov monastery by the 3rd of the August 2006 at 12.00 o clock. Timkovics did not move themselves, because they are in state of appeal on Pope Benedict XVI. Sedlacek objected versus Timkovics, no appeal arrived to Vatican. 4th of the August 2006 daily newspapers in Slovakia published article about injustice in the Catholic Church (see first page and third page). In the same day Jesuit-bishop Babjak wrote circular letter for all Greek-Catholic churches in Slovakia in which he is attacking Timkovics with invent false stories, for example, "Timkovics lived and are living scandalous Christian life", bishop is asking faithful to not speak with Timkovics and to not visit their Divine Services. This letter was read in front of all people.
14th of the August 2006, Presov monastery - Provincial Rev. Sedlacek with Rev. Lucak, Br. Kost and Brother-Candidate Antonak, on the command of Bishop Babjak, made a physical attack on Presov monastery. They stole from the monastery church all things necessary for celebrating of Divine Services. Rev. Lucak violently attacked a member of the faithful Anna Slutiakova. The police made order with the attackers... The attackers returned silently to the Krasnobrod monastery in Medzilaborce district. This event was not only in the frontal page of the daily newspapers, but also in television news in the whole of Slovakia. The Revs. Timkovics are serving in Presov monastery Divine Services in the most impoverished of conditions (as Christians before 1900 years)... Faithful are coming for their Divine Liturgies more as before...
4th of the September 2006, Presov monastery - Provincial Rev. Sedlacek with Bishop Babjak visited local civil authorities and without any presence or consensus of Rev. Timkovic made there from Timkovic officially DISPLACED PERSON. So Sedlacek threw Rev. Timkovic in theoretical HOMELESSNESS!
13th and 20st of the September 2006, Presov - Jesuit-bishop Jan Babjak had held two meetings with all Greek-Catholic active-priests of Presov eparchy. Bishop had 10-minutes speach about "Timkovics question" as integral part of the both official programs.
1) Bishop told to his priests, he will punish every priest who will communicate with Revs. Timkovics by finantial fine which he will flick off from priests personal salary. Priests were horrified from this kind of Bishops speaking.
2) Revs. Timkovics repaired by themselves for free (as the good act) arround 650 great crosses (which are located according to Rusyn Tradition beside the roads, churches or at cemetaries...) during the 2000-2004 years. Bishop Babjak at priests-meeting commanded to his priests to take away all painted crucifixes fixed by Timkovices from all these 650 crosses and to bring them to Bishops residence in Presov for repainting them as bad. For every singular repainting parishes have to pay to Bishop Babjak 2000 Slovak koruny. For immagination, one cob-loaf of the bread in Slovakia is costing now 25 Slovak koruny. Priests were very upset from their Jesuit-bishop Babjak, because in Presov eparchy is still now arround 6000 not-repaired crosses and Bishop is not repairing that dammaged-ones but good-ones...
17th of the October 2006 - Superior of Presov monastery Rev. M. M. Gresko (2005-) abolished during the night "CLOISTER inscription" in the Presov monastery. See picture. Why? Because last dayes Gresko is very often receiving in his bedroom girl-visits for "reason of cleaning of room". Girls are from 15 to 17 years old. In cloister monks have commune shower. Week ago one of Greskos girls surprised Rev. Timkovic in shower washing his hands. She entered without any knocking!
Still today Revs. Timkovics are praying and celebreting all Divine Services in Presov monastery.

2nd of November 2006 - Reverends Josaphat and Gorazd Timkovic requested His Holiness Benedict XVI, to investigate and to punish Presov bishop Jan Babjak with deposition from the office - concerning his conduct of performance in the Order of St. Basil the Great (for reasons of Babjaks bogus circular letter from 4th of August 2006). Timkovics asked Holy Father also for expulsion from the Order for Basilians: General Superior B. Koubetch, Provincial V.J. Sedlacek and his Secretary M.M. Gresko. The understanding of false witness according to Divine Law (Deuteronomy 19,16-20) is explicit and the false witness of Bishop J. Babjak and the Basilians: B. Koubetch, V.J. Sedlacek and M.M. Gresko is of significant depravatione to the religious duties of Fathers Josaphat and Gorazd Timkovic. See letter in Italian and English, click here.
6th of November 2006 - Revs. Provincial V.J. Sedlacek and Secretary M.M. Gresko physically removed an important religious education information table from in front of the Presov monastery (1,5 per 2 metres large promotion advetisement of the MONASTERY). Reverends Josaphat and Gorazd Timkovic continue to serve the faithful of Presov while residing in the Presov Basilian monastery. Superior M.M. Gresko with brother P.M. Salak also reside in the Presov monastery but remain inactive in fulfilling any regular clerical duties already more then five months! 4th of December 2006 - Jesuit Bishop Jan Babjak with Provincial V. J. Sedlacek and his Secretary M. M. Gresko abolished Presov Basilian monastery as public place of Divine Cult. They published in secular informative monthly Presov, Kulturno-spolocensky mesacnik, December 2006, pg. XXXIII, not five Greek-Catholic public places of Divine Cult as always (4 Slovak and 1 Rusyn) but only four (Slovak) without Rusyn-Ruthenian Presov Basilian monastery.
Reverends Josaphat V. Timkovic and Gorazd A. Timkovic immediately wrote letter to His Holiness Benedict XVI with mention of link www.oocities.org/timkovic6/ where they published a lot of recent documents about GENOCIDE of Rusyn nation in eastern Slovakia by Catholic Hierarchs. Revs. Timkovic in their letter to Roman Pope commemorate also fifth anniversary of their first appeal on Holy See (28th of December 2001) without any answer. They asked Pope once more to punish immediately for false witness Bishop J. Babjak with deposition, Protoarchimandrite B. Koubetch, Provincial V. J. Sedlacek and his Secretary M. M. Gresko with expulsion from Basilian Order OR to punish Fathers Timkovic (if there is any reason) and in this way to stop scandal in Slovakia which is prolonging already five years. Click here.
6th of December 2006 - conflict about medical assicuration for Revs. Josaphat V. Timkovic and Gorazd A. Timkovic with provincial Rev. V. J. Sedlacek. Some explanation letters about persecution and misusing of social politic of Slovak republic by Vatican diplomats for their secret politic on the territory of Slovak republic were sent not only to Pope Benedict XVI, but also to Premier of Slovak republic Mr. Robert Fico. 13th of December 2006 - Revs. Brothers Timkovic after receiving a new bogus letter from Provincial V. J. Sedlacek are answering and asking Provincial once more to return all liturgical things from Presov Monastery Church which he has stolen from Our Lord 14th of August 2006. See here.
Sunday, Christmas Eve - 24th December 2006, Jesuit-bishop Jan Babjak pressured 10 Rusyn secular priests (priests around Rev. F. Krajnak) to read the bishop's bogus circular letter from 4th August 2006 against Revs. Timkovic after all Holy Services (Liturgies) on Sunday 24th December in most every Rusyn villages. Bishop Jan Babjak announced that if Rusyn secular priests will not obey his command to read this bogus letter, 1000 koruns (about 10 percent of priest salary paid from Slovak state budget) will be deducted. If the Rusyn secular priests continue disobedience (as interpreted by bishop Babjak) to read bogus letter from 4th August 2006, all these priests will then be suspended from the holy priesthood. After this letter 10 Rusyn secular priests obey to bishop Babjak and (against their conscience) they read this letter on Sunday Christmas Eve 2006. Rusyn faithful who listen this bogus letter were scandalized from injustice of Jesuit bishop Babjak.
Sunday, 18th February 2007 - Meeting in the city of Kosice, Eastern Slovakia, between bishop Jan Babjak, Apostolic Nuncio in Slovakia H.J. Nowacki, and former Basilian General Superior (1996-2004), and recent bishop D. Lachovicz (in Kyjev). By command of bishop Jan Babjak, on Sunday 25th February 2007, false testimony was announced in the Greek-Catholic cathedral in Presov that Revs. Timkovic are suspend from priesthood (Timkovics never received any announcement of this, and suspension from the holy priesthood requires official public church court action which never happened). In parish announcements, bishop Babjak asked the faithful to not visit the Presov Basilian monastery for any reason and to ignore the two priests.
On the 27th of February 2007, Fathers Timkovic informed Pope Benedict XVI about the serious activities of bishop Babjak and for the second time asked His Holiness to investigate and possibly remove bishop Babjak - click here from his bishopric for cause and effect of bishop Babjak's (public) false testimony (Deut 19,16-20).
19th March 2007 - Revs. Timkovic sent their new book, "Timkovic Andrej (1919-1987) - pribeh zvycajneho zenateho farara, Presov, 2007, 453 pp." to Pope Benedict XVI and local bishop M. Chautur, CSsR with a request to initiate the process of beatification of their paternal father, Greek-Catholic married priest Rev. Andrew Timkovic (1919-1987) who was martyred by the local Latin hierarchy (click here).

9th May 2007 - A newly printed book, "Rusini na Slovensku v cirkevnych dokumentoch, 1. diel, Uzhorod, 2006, 638 pp." was mailed to the Holy Father, Benedict XVI, and all 19 Eastern Orthodox Patriarchs about recent (1997-2005) latinisation of Greek-Catholics in Slovakia. Timkovic included a circular letter (click here) which accompanied this book and received three "thanksgivings and blessings letters," to date, from Orthodox Patriarchs (click-Serbia, click-Czech Lands and Slovakia, and click-Poland).
1st June 2007 - Prefect of Eastern Congregation in Vatican, Cardinal Ignace Moussa Daoud, was retired from his high office "for reasons of age" and Pope Benedict XVI personally visited the Eastern Congregation. An additional possible reason for the retirement in the Congregation was the book, titled, "Rusini na Slovensku v cirkevnych dokumentoch," and a copy of the letter of Cardinal Daoud, from 4th March 2006, acknowledging the Timkovic book (click here), published and filled with scandalous documents of various members of the hierarchy.

August 2007 - Revs. Timkovic were criminated by General Superior Rev. Basilio Koubetch, OSBM from Rome, and Provincial Rev. V.J. Sedlacek, OSBM, at the police station in Presov, Slovakia. The supposed crime, "they are living and pastorally serving the faithful at Presov Basilian monastery." Paragraph 218 - potentially, two years of imprisonment. First serious meeting concerning the criminal allegation will be at the Presov police station in 11th September 2007. In April, May and June 2007 Timkovics were previously interrogated by civil regional court of law Okresny sud in Presov, Slovakia on the same charges. 21st November 2007 - The first law court meeting concerning Fathers Timkovics results in a procedural objection. Timkovics made objection: Vatican and Slovakia have signed a Vatican concordant. Thereby, the Presov court has no jurisdiction to officially conduct the court proceedings and judge Timkovics who have made appeal on Pope on 28th June 2006. Timkovics did not receive any answer from Pope still today. Court of the law cannot enter in the internal things of the Catholic Church... 28th November 2007, Bratislava - H.E. Archbishop H.J. Nowacki, an Apostolic nunzio in Slovakia (2001-2007) - discredited in the case of persecution of VladimiRus de juxta Hornad (= Timkovic - an author of the historical book "Dejiny greckokatolikov Podkarpatska"). There were made secret meetings and personal consultations between Provincial Sedlacek and Nunzio Nowacki from 2004 still 2007. Nowacki is standing personally in backside of all illegal actions of "Vatican" against Timkovices. - H.E. Archbishop Nowacki was sent (for recompense) by Pope Benedict XVI to work on nunziature in very "important" country: Nicaragua (tropical jungle climate). Click here. New Apostolic nunzio in Slovakia has to be appointed.
9th and 14th January 2008 - Revs. Timkovic asked once more court of the law in Presov, Slovakia, to stop court meetings in reason of no jurisdiction of the state Slovakia to enter in the church matter of appeals of faithful addressed to Pope Benedikt XVI - concordant between Vatican and Slovakia. 9th April 2008 - Revs. Timkovic sent letter written in Italian language to the Pope Benedict XVI. They asked Pope to make an order in Congregation for the Eastern Churches... Prefects of this Roman Congregation: Cardinals I.M. Daoud and L. Sandri made recently false testimonies in front of the Presov statal court tribunal. Click here. Pope Benedict XVI is playing rule of the dead bug in this whole scandalous case. Pope is well-informed about every detail of this case and is doing that he does not know anything...
2nd August 2008 - 1st of the August 2008 Revs. Timkovic received definitive decision from the Presov civil Court of the law - click here, that their fifth appeal on Pope Benedict XVI from 28th June 2006 was not an appeal and so they must immediately leave Presov Basilian monastery. So civil court of the law in the name of the Slovak republic answered to Timkovics instead of Pope Benedict XVI. After this civil decision Timkovics moved out from Presov monastery next day - 2nd August 2008 and now they are living in the house of their sanguine brother in the city Kosice. New address: Stefanikova c. 11, Kosice, 040 01, SLOVAKIA. Tel. number: 00421905496778. Timkovics were not accepted by local Greek-Catholic bishop Milan Chautur, CSsR and so now they are searching some civil employment... Check education documents of Rev. J.V. Timkovic, OSBM: he studied 25 years of his life.
19th August 2008 - Revs. Timkovic wrote letter in Italian and Slovak language to Pope Benedict XVI in which they asked Holy Father who did not answer to their five earlier appeals, for a financial support, because they will receive only 57 Euro monthly from Slovak republic in reason of unemployed persons. 24th September 2008 - Revs. Timkovic wrote another letter to Pope Benedict XVI. Pope received it 1st October 2008. Slovak archbishop of Presov, Slovakia - Jan Babjak throw excomunications to all Rusyn Greek-Catholics in the city of Presov, because they do not want to leave their original Rusyn Church sui iuris (Rusyn native language) and to enjoy Slovak Church sui iuris (to accept Slovak language in their prayers...). 21st November 2008 - Rev. Josaphat V. Timkovic, OSBM mailed by classic mail "circular" letter to 20 Orthodox Patriarchs including also His Holiness Benedict XVI, Pope of the Rome. The letter is about recent latinization-romanization of Greek Catholics in Slovakia and about unchristian liquidation of the Rusyn Church sui iuris on the territory of the Slovak republic by Vatican. 30th January 2009 - Revs. Timkovics received after 6 months of waiting an diplomatic answer from H.E. Milan Chautur, CSsR - Kosice, Slovakia - local Greek Catholic Bishop. Immediately after Timkovics wrote to Msgr. Chautur a new letter asking him kindly for a new clear answer about their future. 20th March 2009 - was printed a new book-monography: J.V. Timkovic, Dejiny bazilianskeho monastyra v Krasnobrode od 9. storocia po sucasnost, Kosice, 2009, 585 pp. This book is describing not only the oldest but also present history of the Rusyn Greek Catholics in Slovakia, Medzilaborce district. 23rd March 2009 - Rev. Father Gorazd A. Timkovic, OSBM, personally visited Greek Catholic Eparchial office in Kosice to bring there new urgency-letter addressed to His Excelency Milan Chautur, CSsR - eparchial bishop. For the first time he met H.E. Chautur, who came to office and told to Rev. Timkovic, that from the now Eparchial Office will never give any confirmative stamp about receiving letters from Timkovics and they have to send their letters by Slovak Post Office... July 2009 - At the begining of the May 2009 Rev. Fathers Timkovic sent to His Holines Benedict XVI letter written in Italian language not by Slovak Postal Service as obviously, but by Italian Postal Service.
