To the many people that he touched, Tim O'Leary was an inspiration both in the way he lived and the way he died. Few people have witnessed the level of determination that Tim showed us in fighting his cancer and in experiencing life to the fullest as he fought.  Yet, when the cancer finally won, Tim allowed us to get a glimpse of the true peace that comes from entrusting one's self to his Lord.

March 5, 1946 - October 10, 2001

Few people have seen the love for both family and friends that Tim demonstrated during his fight.  He not only surrounded himself with his many friends, but he worked until the end to let them feel his love, comfort them, and even to help solve their personal problems - both large and small. A few months before Tim died, he was approached by some of his friends who wanted to make a charitable donation in his name because of his undying courage and friendship. The Tim O'Leary Charity Fund was established for the purpose of raising funds for Prader-Willi Syndrome and other St. Louis area charitable organizations.
