These are the cheats for SimCity 4. Fewer than in 3000, alas. Like the Democratic Primary, the more the merrier (for us Republicans at least)
These are the real cheats, the ones that will help you build your city:
Press Ctrl - X while the centering tool is on to open the cheat dialog box.
Type one of the following:
weaknesspays (gets you $1000)
you don't deserve it (unlocks all rewards)
fightthepower (removes power requirements)
Howdryiam (removes water requirements)
watchmemove (increases Residential demand, I think?)
To get more money faster, type the weaknesspays cheat, but do not press enter. Hold down shift. Now press enter. Press the up arrow. Still holding down shift, press enter. Repeat the uparrow-enter as many times as desired.
To re enter the original god tools, hold down Ctrl-Shift-Alt and press the God mode button. Your original god tools will be restored.
Other commands:
dollyllama (turns advisors into llamas)
whererufrom <name> (changes city name)
hellomynameis <name> (changes mayor name)
zoneria (hides empty zone color)
tastyzots (hides zots, great for screenshots)
stopwatch (stops the 24hour clock, duh)
whattimeizit ab:cd (sets the 24hour clock, military time. Replace a, b, c, and d with numbers)
sizeof x (zooms in way past those dinky five zooms you can get without cheating. Replace x with a number 1-100
gol (Nick _____ has emailed me and said that what they are showing is the Game of Life)
