An interesting part of constructing a KR is the need to "scarf" plywood. In essence, this creates a very "flat" angle on each piece of plywood giving a very broad surface for the epoxy creating a very strong joint. |

Fuselage sides are now built and it is time to build the banana boat. |

Clamping and tweaking the curves are all part of getting the thing in a proper shape. |

Then come the larger pieces of spruce to support the firewall and engine. |
