Tail Feathers

This is the beginning of the Tail Feathers.  Here I have the V.S. spars in place.  Also I have trial fit the H.S.

These are the ribs for the H.S.  The bumps will keep everything aligned until finished.  Then, once secure, the bumps are samded off and foam is added.

V.S. spars and one H.S. spar.

My first attempt with foam and soon glass.  This is the elevator.

The now famous Dr. Dean hinge for elevator and rudder.

Here the H.S. foam is in place ready for glass.
