Here I have cut out the trim tab from the elevator and floxed the edges. |

This shot shows the pilot seat control for the trim tab. It is made from 1/8" aluminum with a plywood washer for friction. It works "stiff", but that was what I was going for. |

This shows the pilot seat control but also the cables running to the aft. |

This is the aft business end. The cables from the front run to here and then the movement is transferred via piano wire to the tab itself. I ran the nyrod cable through aluminum tubing affixed to an aluminum tab so that there would be no movement other than that which I wanted. |
