Lunches, Snacks, TV, Naptime and other things.....
LUNCH
Lunch is usually served at 11:30am
We have a hot lunch everyday.
SNACK
Snack time is usually between 3:00pm and 3:30pm.  Snacks include cheese and crackers, fresh fruit,  muffins and cookies.  I make all my muffins and cookies at home so I can monitor the amount of sugar and other certain ingredients. If you have any concerns or allergies please let me know.
NAPTIME
Naptime is held directly after lunch (usually by 12 noon).  You will be required to bring a pillow and blanket for your child.  There is 20-30 minutes where the older children can read  books quietly on thier blankets before they sleep.  I will usually wake the children no later than 3:00pm, but they usually wake themselves around 2:00pm-2:30pm.
If your child doesn't sleep they will be asked to read books, do puzzles or color in the playroom quietly until the other children are awake.
TV & Movies
We don't watch a lot of TV at Tina's House.
Sometimes if the children have cleaned up the playroom before I have finished making lunch we will watch a short show on TV.
The only channels I use for the children are Treehouse, Family Channel or Educational movies I own such as Baby/Little Einsteins, or Leapfrog.  Occasionally we will have popcorn and a movie on Friday afternoon where we will watch child friendly movies.
