I grew up in Torrance California. I also met my future husband there while
 he was serving his mission there. He was in the Fresno mission,then getting
 transferred down to the LA Mission. We were married 14 April 1978.
 We had our first child Lynda, 19 June 1979. Lynda has turned in her MISSION
 papers and is waiting for her CALL!!! We had our second child,
 a son, Steven on 15 Nov 1981. Our last child, who we feel is
 our miracle child, Amanda, was born 18 Aug 1983, 8 weeks early.

We were sealed as an ETERNAL family in the Salt Lake Temple on
 1 Mar 1985, by my husbands former mission president, Robert B Harbertson.
 That was truly a wonderful and long awaited for day.

We live in Naples UT, where the church has restored an old Tabernacle
 into a Temple. The open house was in Oct and the Dedication was
 in Nov. We are so,looking forward to this. It has been a wonderful
 experience to watch the restoration of this building.

I know that this is the only TRUE Church here upon this earth.
 I know that God lives and that we are all His Children. I am
proud to be a daughter of my Heavenly Father. I know that Joseph Smith
 was our first Prophet and that we have had prophets since and that they
 are lead by our Father in Heaven. I know that the Book Of Mormon
 is another testiment of God and that it goes hand in hand with
 the Bible.
I am so glad that I have the priesthood here in
 my home. If we hadn't of had it, we probably would of lost Amanda.
 I know that she is here with us because of the priesthood blessings
 I recieved and the ones that she recieved.
