* In Memory*
I created this page In Memory for all those who lost their lives on September 11th, 2001.
What else can be said, but that the images and happenings of September 11th will forever be burned into our minds. To think one who risks their life in order to kill thousands of others, is just unthinkable and incomprehensible. For those who were involved in the hijacking, I can only hope that God can somehow look past the evil and blastophomy doings, and forgive. Although I believe that such madness and craze can't easily be forgotten, nor forgiven.
How the Twin Towers should be remembered
September 11th
I watched through the window of my open world
A sight that was seen by boys and by girls

The twin brothers crashed by two metal planes,
So hateful and wrong, yet can't be explained

America alert in their wondering eyes,
As the towers collapsed onto passer bys

While tears from the heaven streamed heavily down
As cries seemed to screech such disturbing sounds

You may think you'll break us or tear us apart
Or make us give up by shattering hearts

But as you see, terrorists, you're not to blame
It's evil consumed in you that will not change

September 11th, uneventfully planned,
But somwhere you'll see, the towers still stand

So proudly and firmly, they've planted their feet
And inside our hearts, they're memories we keep

We live in America, where dreams can come true
And no one can beat us, not even you.

Attack on America - The Victim's Voice

Candle and  Ribbon
In memory of the victims of September 11th, 2001.
In conclusion, I would like to thank all of you for taking the time to visit my *In Memory* page, dedicated to the great loss of the Twin Towers, and the hundreds upon thousands of victims who perished on that tragic morning. To the terrorists who find great enjoyment in attempting to take away America's pride, you have tried, yet failed. Success is a favorable result; good fortune; a person or thing that succeeds. But in fact, you have not succeeded in taking away our pride, our dignity, or our perserverance in overcoming this terrible event. Success is when you have accomplished something - but you have not accomplished in taking us down. If anything, you have brought us up, where we can withhold anything. We are now a better, a much more strongly held together country.
Although we cannot bring back the victims of the 9-11 attack, we can keep their memories and souls in our hearts forever, and remember that they are still with their family and loved ones, and now reside in a much better place.
As for the World Trade Center, it may now be gone, but if you look closely, you can see still their shadowy figures standing amongst the rest of the skyline, poised and raised high in the air, towering above the rest of New York City, smiling down on us all, proud and standing tall.

1000 Oceans by Tori Amos

These tears I've cried, I've cried a thousand oceans
And if it seems, I'm floating in the darkness
Well, I can't believe that I would keep
Keep you from flying, and I would cry a thousand more
If that's what it takes, to sail you home
Sail you home, sail you home

I'm aware what the rules are, but you know that I will run
You know that I will follow you, over silbury hill
Through the solar field, you know that I will follow you

And I find you, will you still remember
Playing at trains, Or does this little blue ball just fade away
Over silbury hill, through the solar field
You know that I will follow you
I'm aware what the rules are, but you know that I will fun
You know that I will follow you

These tears I've cried
I've cried a thousand oceans
And if it seems, I'm floating in the darkness
Well, I can't believe that I would keep, keep you from flying
So I will cry a thousand more, if that's what it takes
To sail you home, sail you home, sail you home
Sail, sail you home
