First I made a wooden block to see if I liked the shape and size, I also take all my cutting angles from the block.

Next I make a pattern

Next I made a rough tool to press the
mounting brackets

The stainless steel bent up & ready for welding

Then Dave gets to do the welding

The welding of the tank is finished

The next step is the grinding of the welds

Adding a few finishing touches

All The grinding is finished and its ready for polishing

The front gets a polish

The rest gets blasted with glass beads

Then I fit it to the bike .

A lifting handle to help get the bike on the main stand .

4mm 316 Stainless Steel Fork Brace

Some where to put your clock or trip metre

Rear engine mounts in 316 S/Steel,these come in satern and polished finish

A clip on plate for your clock made from
3mm aircraft aluminium

There is a 24mm hex fork adapter (not shown)

I removed the paper filter from the adapter plate and fitted the Unifilter

Left and right hand covers made from aluminium

I used three old OEM filters to make wire cages for the unifilters . I can`t offer to make you any unless you have old OEM filters that you can send me

Rover Engineering did a great job milling the ends

Stage 3 the ends are milled

Air filter adapter plates for the VX800

You can use K & N Ru-0160 or Uni filters UP 4152 Flex with this adapter

Just recently a few guys in our club have found this clutch bracket broken on one side.
It is riveted in place but can be removed by drilling the head with a 3/16th drill then replaced with one that I now make.

Could make these out of Stainless as well

I was playing on Ebay and saw these on another bike so I made a few sizes to see how they would look on the VX800, I went for the medium size one on my bike but if you would like to see the other sizes just email me and I will send you the pictures.

4mm screw to clamp on the Fork Protector

316 Stainless Steel Fork protectors.
If you have a Aluminium Superbrace fitted then these won`t fit on your bike.
