Our original Nigerian Dwarf Goats were purchased in 1999 at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. We went to see what we thought about them and ended up purchasing three babies (two does and a buck) that were born the night before. We brought home their mother and also another single buck. We had a home, but no fence and no barn. Our garage became our barn and this was the beginning of our experience with Nigerian Dwarf Goats. They lived in our garage for about two months!!! We have enjoyed our goats and learn each day new adventures. We invite you to visit our goats and please email us to share your goat stories. We also have included our pet Tommy, a Samoyed dog, who is considered another member of our family, in addition to our goats.
