What does Satinka mean and is it your real name? Satinka is a Native American name that means Magic Dancer. No, it's not my real name, it's my public Pagan name. I adopted it when I was about 16. I often shorten it to Tinka.

What is your real name? Charlotte Star. Yes, that is my real given name. Actually, it's my two middle names. Yes, I have two middle names. No, you don't get to know my first or last name because you might be a crazy stalker person.

Why do you have two middle names? Because that's what my parents gave me.

You're Pagan? What's that? Basically this means that I follow an Earth based spirituality.

When is your birthday/what is your astrological sign? I was born September 3, 1979 (on Labor Day, ironically enough), so that makes me a Virgo, Leo Rising

How Tall Are You? I am exactly 5'5 and 7/8" So basically I am 5'6" though I look taller because I like to wear shoes with chunky heels on them :)

What is your Shoe Size? 7 1/2-8 usually a wide shoe. I have high arches and wide toes.

Do You Paint Your Toenails/Fingernails? Yes. On a regular basis. Usually an "odd colour" like blue or purple or green or black or anything glittery.

Where Is Your Favourite Place To Shop? Hot Topic or Torrid.com yes, they are corporate chains, but I don't care. It's hard for a "fat girl" to find cute clothes!

Are you married? No, I am not married. I am not even engaged, but I'm not looking for anyone either.

Do you have any siblings? Yes, I have a 21 year old sister named Rebekah and a 35 year old half brother/cousin named James. Yeah, My family is slightly screwed up. 

Do you have any children? I don't need any of my own, I have everyone else's. My sister is due in September with her fist baby and I have an 11 year old niece (Carrie), an 8 year old nephew (Joshua), a 4 year old Godson (Timothy James), 2 year old twin Goddaughters (Lisa Nicol and Laura Michelle), and I am "Daddy Lady" to my friend's 3 year old daughter (Legend Angelica). If you're curious, feel free to ask me about the Daddy Lady thing. It is a long strange story.

Do you have any pets? Yes, and I love animals, though at the moment I've only got 3 cats - 2 boys named Big Head Todd and White Zinfandel and a girl named Jezabell. I also have 2 ball pythons named Sugar and Spice.

Do you collect anything? I collect a lot of things. Mostly dustbunnies and clutter. Though there are my dragons, faeries, Tinkerbell stuff, and dark comic books.

Comic books? Who is your favourite comic book artist? Jhonnen Vasquez hands down. I LOVE his style and his twisted sense of humor. Roman Dirge comes in as a close second and myself of course. I am in the middle of writing my own twisted version of life in comic book form. Eventually it will be posted on the Internet for all to see *evil grins*

What is your favourite colour? Black, green, silver and purple. So I have more than one. Oh well.

What is your favourite food? Ice cream. Anyone who knows me will contest to this one. I LOVE ice cream. Oh, and Steak. I LOVE steak.. yUmMiEz

Who is your favourite author? Again, more than one here. Clive Barker, Anne Rice, Madeline L'engle Shakespeare, and Dean Koontz.

What is your favourite movie? Legend, Labyrinth, The Princess Bride, The Dark Crystal, Anastasia, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorhands, The Lost Boys, Interview With A Vampire, Priscilla- Queen of the Desert, Krull, LadyHawk, Willow, Ready to Rumble, Jay & Silent Bob Movies (and anything by View Askew), The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and The Neverending Story. Who is your favourite band/singer? As should be apparent by now, I have a difficult time in picking favourites. The trend continues here. I love oldies, David Bowie, Black Sabbath/Ozzy Osbourne, Dead Can Dance, Coal Chamber, Pink Floyd, The Eagles, Simon and Garfunkel, Sarah Brightman, Savage Garden, Blackmore's Night, Insane Clown Posse, The Cure, Korn, The Doors, Type O Negative, Van Morrison, Cradle of Filth, White Zombie/Rob Zombie. I guess I should stop there. I like a lot of bands, from all sorts of music. I usually go by songs rather than artists.

What is your favourite gemstone? Garnet. But I also like amethyst, hematite, and my birthstone, sapphire. I don't care for gold at all, but I adore silver. I am somewhat of an odd jewelry collector.

Do you have any piercings or tattoos? I've got 9 holes in my ears (4 on each side and 1 in my upper left cartilage) and one hole in my tongue. I had my eyebrow pierced as well, but I let it heal up. And yes, I have a tattoo on my lower back. See: Tattoo

What are your favourite smells? Strawberry, lavender, lilac, jasmine, sandalwood, cedar, sage, and my cat Todd. Yes, I sniff my cat. I love the way he smells. Yes, I am a freak.

What is your favourite thing? I don't have one. I love stuffed animals, glitter, and anything shiny. If I had to pick one "thing" in general, it would be stars. I love stars of all kinds and I always have.

What do you want to be when you grow up? Well, last I checked I was a grown up, but... at the moment the only thing that I aspire to be is a better person. I try to be as optimistic and happy as possible and usually it rubs off on others, so those around me are generally cheerful. :)
