| blue.dolphins.ocean -is a publication for the persuit of Truth, creativity, revolution, passion and vision. Bdo originated late in 2001, as a two page front and back publication, with a ten person circulation. Here is a short review: Blue Dolphin’s Ocean” is an intricate, brilliantly written, expansive collection that documents a man’s journey. The mindful articulation in each of the essays is astonishing, and is equally matched in meaning by the soulful poetry in every issue. The creative layout and the colorful illustrations pull the zine together, leaving it seamless and aesthetically beautiful. BDO is a unique zine, by way that most all newly published text is an activist’s revolutionary newsletter, verbose/abstract poetry, or simply counter-culture essays. Blue Dolphin finds the middle path, ascending past anger and any surface type feelings and emotions to connect to something deeper- our collective soul, in a way that is clear and easy to understand. -Review by a close friend with a considerably large bias |
