Refugium (Gravity-fed/Adey style)
Above: Plumbing for 10-gal. refugium connected to Main 72-gal. tank.  It's fed from the sump via a Mag-2 pump off a SWCD to provide surges.  It's then gravity fed into the Main.
Above: The Refugium (to the right, actinic-photo period) is to provide plankton for the Main tank.  The Refugium contains marine shrimp which reproduce to provide fry.  The Refugium sits slightly higher that the Main on some Convenient Shelves(R).
Above: View of Main and Refugium under daylight-photo period.  The feed in from the sump is at the upper right in the picture.  Roughly 200g/hr at 6 ft. of head.  The Convenient Shelves are plastic, the total weight on the top shelf is approximately 95 lbs.
