Mission Statement
Highly Motivated TEAM
We, the Three Affiliated Tribes' Head Start, are a team of highly motivated individuals. We are dedicated to early child development and family & community partnerships. We provide age appropriate direction of education, health, mental, nutrition, parent-focused involvment, and social services experiences for preschool children and their families and community members. Cultural knowledge, and superb quality describe our team efforts. We get strength from our promise to our children, their parents, and from our communities.

We are committed to giving our children high quality, comprehensive care in child developments and responsive service. We are dedicated to creating enjoyable and productive living and working environments. We are fair, honest, courteous, compassionate and professional. We are sensitive to our children's needs and we strive to meet those needs.
First Educator - The Parents
Our jobs contract us to long-term relationships with every parent. Our striving for excellence guides our decisions without compromising our integrity. Through home visits and parent-teacher conferences, we seek to reduce risks and maintain a knowledgeable approach to parent-child development. Our objective is to build self-esteem to the highest level possible for all our parents.

Philosophy
A child can benefit most from a comprehensive interdisciplinary project to foster development and remedy problems as an expressed in a broad range of services, and the child's entire family, and the community must be involved...to maximize the strength and unique experiences of each child.
Goals
The improvement of the child's health & physical abilities, including appropriating steps to correct present physical and mental problems and to enhance every child's access to an adequate diet. The improvement of the family's attitude toward future health care and physical abilities of children is wise for it's contribution to world life.

* The encouragement of self-confidence, spontaneity, curiousity, and self-discipline that will help in the development of the child's social and emotional health.

* The enhancement of the child's mental processes and skills with particular attention to conceptual and communication skills.

* The establishment of patterns and expectations of success for the child, which will create a climate of confidence for present and future learning efforts and overall development

* An increase in the ability of the child and the family to relate to each other and to others.

* Enhancement of sense of dignity and self-worth within the child and his/her family reflects a diverse and compassionate participant in humanity.
