This is a summary of stuff that will not be tolerated or acknowledged on this site or in any of my posts on forums.
This is the German philosophy where people say "how can anyone know anything about anything?" It's an evolution of the Socratic method but utter bull shit. If that is the case then do not bother saying anything since by your own standards you cannot even know what you are talking about ever.
This is actually an ethical view point but is appropriate here. It is the case where the speaker starts out "I think ..." Although it is nice that you are using your brain note that there are other things besides personal perspective. It is such thinking that leads to book burnings of children's literature these days. Following the practice of the Pythagorean cult, unless you have had at least seven years of experience in the subject I do not want to here it. (Yes in the cult of Pythagoras, an initiate could not speak in forum or debate untill they have been a member and lectured for seven years.) Another problematic form of this is personal dogma. E.g. if you do not believe in reincarnation then shut up in discussions about transmigration of the souls.
This is a modern method in which the subject is taken apart to understand it. Although it is a good method for understanding a subject, it rarely is used for that purpose and mainly brought out to "win the argument." E.g. if a person is using non-Gnostic Christian ideas, nothing is being learned r accomplished if one assumes that Christian ideas are questionable since the loudest and most known examples of them are from bible thumping fundamentalists.
The Socratic method is a means of finding new information by asking questions about a subject. Typical ones are "why?" and "how come?" Using this method it is very easy to pick apart any argument or lecture. Remember that smart asses also ask "why?"
Basically no bull shitting allowed.
In summation of all the above, the simple rule is don't be an ass hole.
