This picture is of Jesus' baptism in the Jordan River. When Jesus first arrives at the Jordan River from Galilee, John the Baptist says that Jesus should be baptizing him and not the other way around. After Jesus gets baptized, the spirit of God came down to him like a dove and a voice said, "This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased" (MT 3:17).
