In this picture, Jesus is teaching the people in one of his most famous speeches, the Sermon on the Mount. During the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus gave the people the Beatitudes, which were the new laws to follow. Jesus also gave many teachings on Law, Anger, Adultery, Divorce, Oaths, Retaliation, and the Love of Enemies. Also, during the sermon, Jesus taught the people how to pray by saying The Lord's Prayer.
