INTERCESSION
is the special gift whereby the Spirit enables certain Christians to pray for extended periods of time with great positive effect for the builing of the It Kingdom.

1 Thessalonians 3:10-13,

3:10
Night and day praying exceedingly that we might see your face, and might perfect that which is lacking in your faith?
3:11 Now God himself and our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way unto you.
3:12 And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you:
3:13 To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.


1 Timothy 2:1-2

2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2:2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
