| The Middle Of The Road Walking down the middle of the road, To my left is the sea of doubt. To my right is an ocean of faith. Straight ahead, there's no way out. Do I jump into the doubtful waters And get in, way over my head? Or, do I slowly paddle on out, Upon faithful waters to tread? Should I take the left or right, Or should I keep going straight? Walking down the middle of the road, Should I hurry or will I be late? In walking down the middle of the road, I've always leaned towards doubt.
