Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

How will my child get to the airport?
TEMPO will provide motorcoach transportation to and from the Worcester airport.

Will my child need a photo I.D.?
All passengers over 17 years of age must present a valid photo ID at airport check-in.

How much luggage are we allowed to bring?
One suitcase and your band instrument(s). Unfortunately, carry-ons are NOT allowed on PanAm. A small purse, book, or small snack will be permitted on the airplane. NO BACKPACKS, BRIEFCASES, LAPTOPS OR any other type of carry-ons will be allowed.

What about our marching band hats?
Students will not need to worry about their marching band hats. .We will pack all band hats in large boxes and check these in with large instrument and luggage.

What about our uniforms?
Garment bags will not be allowed on the airplane. You will need to neatly pack your uniform in your suitcase. As soon as we check in, these uniforms should be hung up in the hotel to minimize wrinkling. Irons will be available at the hotel. Please check with a director or chaperone if you need assistance in making your uniform look presentable.
