this is the class website for cg 31/01 of temasek junior college. on this site you will find write-ups on ourselves ("people"), photographs ("snapshots"), updates on what everyone's doing ("what's up"), as well as a general event calendar including our class outings and birthdays, and a specific TJ-focused update column.

WHAT WE WERE

generally a bunch of slackers content with playing bridge in the reccie room. shooting the breeze at the sports gallery. or simply having breakfast in the canteen =)

experts at skipping lessons and sleeping during lectures. with the exception of the conscientious few, tutorials were often left undone. tutors seldom succeeded in forcing us to step in line, for whatever pressure applied would result in a prompt backlash.

contrary to popular opinion, we weren't all that hopeless. somehow often found ourselves waking up a couple of weeks before major tests, just in time to get by without failing.

WHAT WE ARE NOW

all of us pulled through and survived the harrowing A levels.. we did it our way, and some of us sure did it well! :)

in the twilight zone between adolescence and adulthood, we've gone our separate ways; the boys off helping to defend the nation and the girls mugging it hard in university. and as with each new chapter of life, we meet new people, try our hand at different experiences, learn new things we never thought possible and move out of our gradually-enlarging comfort zones.

but old things never really change.. we still find the time to meet up for movies, shopping, soccer, dinner, chitchats, or simply just to hang out and play. we try as far as possible to keep in contact, either via the online community, this website (doubt it), or just the simple smses that rack up the bills.
