34 When you have too many rules then you have too many too uptight and upset and getting into it with each other.

35 That is called regulation versus deregulation and many would like to be less regulated than more regulated. 

36 Good regulates more and evil regulates less. 

37 Ted you have to realize that many are going to view this at first at least as from evil until those realize that this is from good and evil and similar to a Bible and only that a Bible is more disguised and veiled and under cover and more subtle. 

CHAPTER 14

1 Do the people of Earth want the truth or do the people of Earth want a cover up or strict prime directive and not that strict and was and is a cover up that in more modern terms and from Star Trek is a sort of Prime Directive. 

2 This is not Star Trek and is the real story of good and evil and this started a long time ago in a distant galaxy. 

3 Do you believe everything you read; then why do you believe everything in a Torah and a Old and New Testament of a Bible? 

4 This is just a bunch of ... well Ted is writing down what Ted hears. 

5 You need to realize that you are an idiot. 

6 This is not true Ted and you are the One. 

7 Well well well this is good. 

8 Ok pause the idiot while we try to figure out what we are going to do next and unfortunately this revealed some truth that is going to harm evil and there they go again and passing on surveillance on the Spiritual DarkSide and a fraction of what those are saying. 

9 OK this is what Ted tried to figure out when He was first hearing loud voices and getting dreams and visions and was first deep into the Spiritual Realm and that is is their any writing from or by anybody that had similar experiences and with details and the gory details and the answer was no and no Deliverers or Prophets or Christ or Disciples wrote the details of what was heard and how heard and some to many of the details of the accusations heard and deceptions and tricks and games and lies and what was thought to be truths and nothing about the details were written.
