ALL Living Things from the Highest Living Beings to the Lowest Living Things have to be redesigned and recreated and FIXED to have HINDERED or LIMITED or NO ABILITY TO DO OR VERBALIZE OR SAY OR MORE that includes PLOT OR THINK ANYTHING any range of bad and wicked and evil except for if Sentenced to a Range of a Punishment World or a Range of a Hell World or a Range of in Hell. ... continued

This needs to have the ability for complex configuration and that allows for varying degrees of choices for doing certain things at certain levels or no desire and or hindrance and or repulsion and or strong brakes and or extreme brakes and or absolutely no ability to do and or verbalize and or say and or think and or plot and or many things more. For doing any range of nice and or wholesome and or good their needs to be some feelings that enforce and encourage and help with this type of behavior that also needs extreme detail in ability to configure and fine tune and fix and make complex combinations of configurations. ... continued
