I am writing this letter to highlight some problems I and others feel are hindering JVC:NW from completing its mission successfully. This is not in any way ill-intentioned, nor a personal attack. Even if these problems are solved, or in any other way resolved, or not, just discussing them and keeping them in the forefront of JV-involved people, it is hoped, will only aid the success of JVC as an institution.
