So fast my heart goes, even after how long it's been..
Just to touch you and feel you in my arms for one last time,
Just to hear you speaking, when you say you are mine.
Those times now are gone, and I know what I miss,
Your eyes with such love and the devotion in your kiss.
How we lost each other still weighs on my heart,
Even days then and after I was still falling apart.
Your smile was my joy and your eyes were my light,
Your laugher and love always brought me delight.
I cherished your words and my heart pulled you close,
I thought I could mend you with a single red rose,
But I've broken your heart and what can I do?
Now that I've fallen so far from you.

Hard To Say
It's hard to say your name when all I want to do is forget it,
It's hard to say goodbye to something I didn't want to let go,
It's hard to say I'm sorry, for every little thing,
Things that seem so important now,
It's hard to say hello when we see each other now,
How life has changed us and if we had stayed together...
How strange.
It's hard to say I love you when those words now come too late,
It's hard to say I need you, when it's clear you don't need me
How did we get so far from each other?
It's so hard to understand.
It's hard to say I'm wrong when the whole time I thought I was right,
It's hard to say forever, when forever is such a long time,
If love could last forever,
I'd chose it to be yours and mine.

All The Things That You Are
All the things that you are is what turns me to you,
And others say I'm crazy to think the way I do.
But they could never understand, how I feel when you're nearby,
The thrill of being close and still they ask me why?
It's not only those, whose questions fill my head,
But mostly comes from you, questions left unsaid.
So this is why I tell you, all the things you are,
In so many words I could never express...
The things you do to my heart.
You're eyes so blue, so clearly on me,
Please don't leave before you can see,
All that you are, and the reason I stay.
The very same reasons that should turn me away,
And yet I can't keep from falling back on you,
I just want to let go and get on with someone new,
But that's impossible I know,
Because of all that you are, such a beautiful star.

Oh, what a wonderful smile have you,

I swallowed my pride and gave into you,
Ever since I saw you, you were always on my mind,
Now I'm afraid of the way I am feeling
With these answers so hard to find.
Can you tell me why?
You conquered my world with your sweetest smile,
How do you feel about me?
Do you feel it too?
You're so high about the stars,
God put them in your eyes.
Now life has so much meaning,
I never felt so wise.

So Long Ago
Rise up on my toes to slowly kiss your cheek,
You say at last my name, and for you I slowly reach.
I pull you close to me to gently feel you heart,
Does it always beat for me? Or does it only fall apart?
I know I hurt you then, but I love you still somehow,
I know you turned away but I see you looking now..
Can't you understand, it was all just one mistake!
Can't you comprehend,
How much my heart does ache?
You said my name, you looked my way,
My hand reached up and on your cheek it stayed.
You catch all my tears in the palm of you hand,
At last I have to smile for you truly understand.
How much I'll always love you,
How much it hurts inside.
To see you walk away, while tears fall from my eyes.
And you are so beautifiul and you are so fine,
It seems so long since you were mine.

How I Love You
So long ago, or was it so long ago?
Maybe in a dream you came to me.
You took my hand and told me not to be afriad.
You said you'd pray for me, and take care of me
How I love you...how I love you.
Please don't leave me now,
When I need you like this,
Happiness seems far away,
So far away from me.
Without you here, I'm falling down.
Why are you so far from me?
But I keep praying and hoping and loving,
I keep on loving you.
I miss you so much, and you left me too.
Now all I long for is you to hold me.
To tell me it's all right.
Say honey please don't cry.
I'll take your tears away,
When I need you like this.
And you left me! You left me!
I'm fading inside. I'm dying each time...
But oh how I love you.
Flighty Little Bird
A flighty little bird, it travels through the world.
It whispers your secrets to me, and now those secrets are mine.
I talk about our love as if it were something new,
And yet I cannot reach you, but the time will come soon.
The little flighty bird, he keeps me much informed.
He tells me your an angel, whose sent to undo this world.
But you cannot undo me.
All the activities that corrupt the children, please go.
But you cannot take away love,
It flows everlasting, like the flighty little bird.
Red
Red is the shoes,
Red is the dress.
Red are your lips,
When I begin to undress,
Red is love,
Red is you.
Red in your touch,
A firey spew.
Anything I can do?
Are you gray? Are you blue?
Is there anything I can do?
The lovely song has gone away.
The sun's gone down, and crying now.
How can I help you?
You've lost so much, even your own integrity.
Isn't love glowing? Isn't love showing?
I think it's hiding from you.
Is there anything I can do?
Please tell me.

You're in my dreams, wherever I go,
And when I'm awake... I just don't know.
You're always there, tempting me.
Filling me, you're all I can see.
I long to touch you, if I could just reach out.
I'd take your hand, what's it about?
Why are you crying when I still have tears?
Why are you screaming when nobody hears?
I loved you so much, it hurts now, I think.
To drown in my sorrow, in your eyes I still sink.
I think of you and I fall apart,
And someone else wants to catch my heart,
But I still want you... why do you cry?
For you are the one who said goodbye.
