Welcome to my home on the web where I can display all of my plastic, vinyl and resin model kit build-ups!  Most all of my models so far have been in the comic book/superhero genre, but I will be expanding my interests to include classic monsters and sci-fi in the near future.  I first got the bug to build and paint model kits back in the 1960's when I was just a lad.  My first attempts were the Aurora monster kits.  I believe the Mummy was my very first one.  I got a LOT of help from my dad.  He was actually a commercial artist by trade and showed me how to dry-brush the bandages for a more realistic look.  I realized right then there was more to this than just slopping some paint on a little piece of plastic!  Once I had built all the monsters available from my local hobby shop, I moved on to science-fiction characters, prehistoric scenes and -- my ultimate favorite -- Super Heroes!!! I would purchase as many of the available kits as I could, within a kid's budget!  I finally stopped making models in high school (and somehow managed to lose all my earlier work), but picked it up again when I was about 35 (c. 1996-ish) and looking for an artistic outlet. I hope you enjoy viewing these models as much as I enjoyed building them.
