The Temptations Hit with Back to Front |
Following the success of Grammy Award Winning Multi-Platinum albums "Phoenix Rising," and "Ear-Ressistible" and the nominated "Reflections," The Temptations return with a collection from the classic R&B Songbook "Back to Front." This is their second for the Universal distributed "New Door Records." The new big man is powersoul baritone Bruce Williamson who leads on the Barry White influenced "Never, Never Gonna Give You Up," and a rendition of "I'm In Love" that Wilson Picket would be proud of. Veteran first tenor Ron Tyson delivers two beautiful ballads "Don't Ask My Neighbors," and the radio sngle "How Deep Is Your Love." A step up from the last production "Back To Front" features live instrumentation and is a perfect fit for Adult Contemporary and grown folks radio. |
"Exclusive" is the new disc from the youthful Chris Brown featuring the hitmaking production of the Underdogs, Will I. Am and Kanye West. "Wall to Wall" was the first single release with accompanying video showcasing the Pop Star living in the Rock World with the female poporotzi vying for his attention. The second single "Kiss, Kiss" was written by the newest Brown himself, (following James, and Bobby), who makes no bones about letting his influences show, sampling dance moves from the King of Pop Michael Jackson. Special guests on the CD include; T-Pain, Big Boi and Lil Wayne. The long awaited follow up to his debut disc, Chris Brown delivers a solid set, well produced with hints of career longevity as an entertainer. |
