Art Galleries
Welcome to my new and improved art gallery! This site was origonally the result of one goal: I wanted to learn how to make a web page. At the time, I was an avid Battletech player, and I felt that there was not a site with a large collection of easy to access nicely rendered images. I spent countless hours searching through the web, finding a few good pictures here, and a few there. I downloaded every image from Slayer's battletech archive (the best BT site out there) and weeded out all of all of the mediocre and crappy images. I filled up all 15 megs of my geocities space with over 100 images. I hope that this site is useful to those creative Battletech players such as myself.
If you are a modem user who visited this site before, this is your lucky day. The old galleries downloaded and rezized each individual picture, taking some time to load even over network speeds. I made the old galleries with MS word, but I have since learned how to type in HTML. All the pages on this site were constructed from scratch, using notepad. So in the spirit of challenging myself, I sat down in photoshop to crank out some easy-to-download thumbnails and make the site more accesible. Enjoy!
