Lydia - 2 years old
Lydia is our daughter who joined our family through adoption from
China. She was born on July 31, 1996, in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. Tom and I traveled to China in late May of 1997 and adopted Lydia on June 2nd when she was 10 months old. Her adoption was hard at the time...filled with uncertainties while China was reorganizing their adoption system. Once we got her, though, everything was great!!! This is Lydia's referral photo.
She is an adorable little girl. Full of mischief! She made a smooth adjustment with us, and is now "Mama's girl". She will turn four years old soon so we do some preschool activities at home together. She loves to play outside. She likes pushing her dolls in strollers or her toy car. Right now her biggest job is adjusting to her new baby sister, Maria.
