We have been given a very good group price of $88.48 per night, (that IS with tax!!) And you can have from one to four people per room. They will have both smoking and nonsmoking.
There will be a short meeting in the conference hall (inside the hotel), the night before the event, (May 10th) to answer questions, and to inform all as to what is going on and when, the following day, (May 11th)!
There will also be a small sandwich, salad, and juice "dinner" at the hotel, after the "Walk" and "Out Door Meeting!!"

PLEASE bring a bag lunch and a small garbage bag for any trash you may have.
REMEMBER your medications.
Bring a small pillow or cushion of some kind. The chairs will not be padded!!
You may bring an umbrella, but it MUST be hand held. No umbrellas can be stuck in the ground. Umbrellas are great for the heat, not to mention rain.

May is usually a nice comfortable climate.
Bring clothing for warm and cool weather, and rainy...you never know!
