But, she died in a fire in her hometown of Silent Hill, didn't she? Dougles continues his search, and follows Heather into a shopping mall one Sunday. Little did he know, he was being followed...

Cludia was the one that hiared Dougles to find Heather. She thinks that Heather (who is Alissa) still wants to give birth to the god that is in her womb, waiting for the right age and time to be born. She was also childhood friends with Alissa. She is a Priestes of the Order, the cult religion of Silent Hill. When Dougles found Heather in a shopping mall one Sunday, she follows him in for some reason...

Heather mets this fellow in the Alternitve version of the Hiltop Center, were the mentil health clic used to be. The place seems to be like home to him, which makes sence at the end of the game. You will only run into him every now and then. Even though him and Cludia "worship" the same thing, he believs in worldlly pleasure first, and wants to kill Cludia (and she wants to kill him). So, will he stay true to his word, or not...
