Days after Silent Hill 4: The Room released in America, Konami of Japan conformed they are now working on Silent Hill 5, set to be released in 2006. Because of this, that means it going to be on a next-gen console. Silent Hill 5 will lead the way for the PS3, set to be released in 2006, unlike what would thougt to be 2007 release date.
Of course, no one knows where this game will go. Will it make a pattarn, with you going into Silent Hill as Heather's child years after Silent Hill 3? Will it have no effect on the main storyline of Silent Hill 1 and 3? Will it be a completely differant game, unlike anything Silent Hill fans have seen before? Or, can you play as a monster...
Information, of course, is next to nothing. This could be a way to try and boost the sells of the PS3, seeing how the new PSX sells have been crap in Japan. Only time will tell wether or not this game will come out.
