Welcome To The Treasure Lake Volunteer Fire Company's Website. Station 35 is one out of five companies in Sandy Township.The TLVFC was founded in 1999, because our territory used to be a 39-B box, and it took over 12+minutes to get to the call, and finally people got fed up with it and started The TLVFC. The TLVFC Has 2 Fire Apparatus, Engine, and Squad. Our Engine Is a 1977 Sutphen Pumper. It has a 750gal tank and a 1250gpm hale pump. Our Squad is a 1989 Chevy 10 Van.

We Currently have 20 active members. Our Chief Is John Brown, Our Assistant is Rich Folwick Our Captain is Scott Gudalis, Lieutenant is Roger Snedden, Our Truck Foremen are Jeremy Kepphart, Brian Bundy, and Dave Brown. Sandy Townships Boxes go as: Rescue, Local, Fire. TLVFC Responds To: Fire Boxes 35-39, Local Boxes: 39, 37, 35. Rescue Boxes: 35.During a emergency fire call and if it's bad enough our second Alarm Mutual Aid Companies Are,Dubois,Stations 1-5 Penfield Station 41, Union Township Station 40, Brady Township Station 30 Jefferson County Station 4 Falls Creek Jefferson County Station 8 Sykesville, And if we go to the 3rd alarm, We're In Deep Sh*t

Most of our funding is like most Volunteer companies, like donations, and fund drives. But, we also make money at huge freaking yard sales we have and by address posts. Where our company is located they don't have mail boxes, all mail is put into P.O. boxes at the post office. There are roughly 2,000 houses up there, so it's kinda difficult in the middle of the night to find house in a emergency.

The Treasure Lake Fire Company Responded To 68 Calls In 2002. At the moment we are in the process of getting a 1990 Young pumper(I know what you are thinking, a 1990 isn't very young, that's the brand of truck). When the Tones Drop 90 percent of the time We Have both trucks rollin. We average about 11 members a call.Well thats about it, check out page 2, Thanks for the visit!!
