Our first child, Nathanial, was born in 1999 and our second child, Jonathan, was born in 2002.
Both of the boys were born early due to the onset of preeclampsia, a condition in pregnancy which can be extremely serious.
Nathanial was born 3 months (yes, months!) early and weighed only 1lb 10oz. He spent 2.5 months in the NICU struggling to survive. Look at him now!! Jonathan was born 1.5 months early and weighed 4lb 8oz. He is our 'big' boy!!
