Quick Synopsis:
I went for treatment using Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique (www.NAET.com). Basically, it is based upon Chinese medicine and acupuncture. I was treated in August, 2000. And now in November, 2003, I am still cured - I can digest milk and milk products without the usual pain that most lactose intolerant sufferers experience.

What's new?

I now (still) practice Tai Chi Chuan, Yang 24. It is an extension of oriental medicine so to speak. This will keep the energy channels open to hopefully prevent even further illnesses and allergies. Is it working you say? I like to think it has. I have not reverted to my old lactose intolerant self. I still consume dairy and other dairy products that used to be forbidden without the unforgiving pain.
