What Font you want on it(I may not have your font).
Your Font color
What Pokemon you would like on it(limit 30).
Your E-mail address
Optional: Your Web Url at the bottom.
Button:
You must give me your web sites name!

What Font you want (I may not have it)

What Pokemon you want (limit 2)
Your E-mail address
