CHAPTER I
It had been two months since Scott discovered that Misty was his sister and presently they became close. Scott and Misty walked to a nearby table, which was in the mansion's large dining room, with their Big Ashro lunches. It was a new eatery that was several blocks away. Misty wore a white/purple stripe shirt with short sleeves; purple slacks; black ankle boots; clear lip-gloss; black medium backpack and a ponytail. Scott wore a short-sleeved white/black 1950s-styled bowling shirt, black trousers, black leather loafers, and red quartz wraparound shades. As they ate, Scott began to think about Diamond and Jane, who was on an Ambrosia mission.
Ambrosia, who was an artificial planet, was the second Llyran space station. Dr. Ernie Crevasse created it as well as Ravine. Ravine was a mutating drug, which had different effects on central species. For Terran females, it made their eyes glowing blue, intolerable to sunlight, their tongues lizard-like with mild sleeping venom, extremely lustrous locks, and voice alteration. Diamond and Jane comprehended it well since they were former users of the drug. They began to use it accidentally during one of their early missions. When someone got off from the drug, it took two months to fully recovered. However, the permanent side effects were heighten senses, hair growth, lustrous locks, sonic boom inclination, healing powers, and super agility. Scott first met them two years ago when they rescued him from alien slavery. After the rescue, he discovered that Diamond was Professor Xavier's former girlfriend. Diamond and Charles were still good friends. Shortly afterwards, Scott befriended both Jane and Diamond. The respected Llyran agents moved from Firmament, the main Llyran space station last week. They lived now in a rather small orange manor, which were two houses away from Misty's home.
Diamond Keison, who was an Ontario, Canada native, was a former Mountie. The somewhat thin yet curvy 5'9 rather young woman had shoulder-length thick yet straight black locks, large dark brown eyes, large lascivious light cherry lips, rather small yet long nose, smooth chestnut complexion, long yet rather slender black eyebrows, and strong yet captivating voice. Jane Amaris Garbo, who was a Staffordshire, England native, was a former university professor as a former punk rocker. The slender yet shapely 5'11 elegant yet rather matured woman had shoulder-length dark bronze wavy mane, large light brown eyes, smooth chocolate brown complexion, long yet somewhat wide nose, full lips, long yet rather thick eyebrows, and luscious mezzo-alto voice with English posh accent.
The women became Procurators during the early eighties. Shortly afterwards, they first encountered Erik and Charles and were both on Ravine at the time. The female Procurators worked with Magneto and Professor X on several missions. Erik and Jane began to date for a while yet before they separated, they contrived the non-mutant twins, Arcadia and Kermit. Jane had the younger half-siblings of Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch in Malibu, California. When her kids were five, she moved back to England with her brood. Magneto, Quicksilver, and the Scarlet Witch had no knowledge about the second set of twins and the younger twins had no data about their true paternal heritage. Arcadia was a 5'11 slightly emaciated yet curvy young woman with smooth almond complexion, shoulder-length thick yet straight black thatch, peach-colored voluminous lips, large silver blue eyes, and striking resemblance to Quicksilver yet with feminine features. She sounded like Kathleen Turner with a posh British accent. Kermit was a 6'4 slightly commodious yet muscular young man with smooth almond complexion, shoulder-length thick yet straight dark bronze locks, peach-colored voluminous lips, large silver blue eyes, and striking semblance to Scarlet Witch yet with masculine features. He spoke in an extremely deep yet soulful baritone voice with a posh British accent. Arcadia and Kermit were now in England visiting their maternal grandparents for their summer vacation. Although they were not mutants, the young British-cultured siblings were extremely luminous. Arcadia was a student computer programmer while Kermit was a medical student. The twins were part-time Procurators. Last month, they help Scott on a space mission. Though he knew Arcadia and Kermit for a few years, he suspected that they were related to Magneto.
The next afternoon, Scott and Misty went to Garrett Hanks' office after the head of the secondary Llyran quarters summoned them early in the morning. Scott wore an olive checker short-sleeved shirt, black pants, black ankle boots, black backpack, and ruby quartz ski shades. Misty wore a sage short-sleeved mock turtleneck, black pants, green and black Nikes, a ponytail, spearmint-colored lip-gloss, and black backpack. He was seated in his large chair as he wore a raspberry suit, white short-sleeved dress shirt, white/raspberry tie, and black/raspberry wing tips. As he began to talk, they sat down. First, he remarked that Diamond and Jane had disappeared after they finished their mission. Dr. Crevasse was the last person to see them and just talked with Garrett. Before he finished, he told them that the weather was fair but slightly frigid.
Fifteen minutes later, Scott and Misty packed and put on black jackets before they boarded Zeus III. Zeus III was a rather large blue spacecraft as Misty piloted it. Scott sat beside her and helped pilot the ship since he recently learned Llyran pilot skills. Soon they arrived at Ambrosia. The Duncan, South Carolina native greeted them at the main landing port. Dr. Crevasse was a 6'0 maturated full Llyran man with imperceptibly large yet lanky figure, somewhat rugged ginger-colored complexion, silver and black thick yet straight short tresses, light cherry somewhat full lips, dark brown eyes, long yet small nose, a faded Southern accent and a gentle yet mezzo-baritone voice. He wore a honey-colored jacket, black long-sleeved tunic, honey-colored pants, black ankle boots, and black wristpack. Ernie talked to them as he showed them to their quarters. After they put their luggage in their quarters, they followed him to his office. While in his office, he summarized his mission with Diamond and Jane. Dr. Crevasse feared that they were kidnapped. Misty and Scott agreed yet needed more corroboration so they began to investigate with Dr. Crevasse.
CHAPTER II
Jane woke up with a throbbing headache as her swollen mouth tingled in a strange dark room. The secular Englishwoman began to remember about yesterday. Shortly after she and Diamond left Dr. Crevasse's office, the main Llyran space station's commander summoned them on their ring communicators. As they walked down the corridor, Jane wore a white and blue short-sleeved jumpsuit, clear moisturizer, black jacket, black boots, and ponytail while Diamond wore a pink mock turtleneck, black slacks, pink/paisley vest, black boots, lip moisturizer and braided ponytail. Soon they encountered him at the fifth landing port after he landed his small spacecraft. After they aboard the ship undetected, he detailed them on their secret mission before she felt a sharp pain in her neck and everything went black. As she slowly got up, her mind returned to the present before she turned on the lights and went to a nearby mirror. She discovered that she had sharp pointy teeth, a fuller bust, thicker eyebrows, and large double-point tipped ears. Her eyes were orange-brown yet her pupils were now star-shaped. She was now tolerable to sunlight. She began to look around the room and noticed that she slept on a large bed. The quarters were large with peach-colored walls, modern furniture, black vinyl flooring, and a large window. She realized that she was on the planet Gist, which had blue skies, an orange sun, trees, green grass, and warm air. Gist was unendurable to normal Terran although it was suitable to Terran mutants and Llyrans. The third Llyran headquarters was located there. As she ran her fingers through her hair, she thought about her friend Diamond.
Within moments, the door opened automatically and Dr. Pierce Adagio and Vigor Defrin stood before her. Dr. Pierce Adagio, who was a rather mellowed full Llyran, was a 6'1 lanky yet muscular man with smooth creamy complexion, dark blue eyes, full light cherry lips, black thick yet straight collar-length tresses, long yet slightly wide nose, strong baritone voice, and Yorkshire-bred British accent. Three years ago, he extricated Prof. Xavier from death when the prescient intellectual went into a coma after a vicious attack. While in coma, Xavier dreamed that he died and Magneto took over the X-men with several protests from the X-Men, especially Scott. As Dr. Adagio took Professor X out of coma, Vigor destroyed the pedagogue's attacker. Briefly thereafter, he helped the Professor regain the use of his legs yet Xavier still remained bald. Like Ernie, Pierce was one of the prominent Llyran scientists. Moreover, he was one of the most estimable Llyrans. Though he only came upon Jane twice, he deeply admired her. He wore a white lab coat, dusty blue pants, white long-sleeved business shirt, and black leather loafers.
Vigor Defrin, who was a 6'2 slightly large yet muscular Englewood, Colorado native, was slightly youthful Noveler. The commander of the main Llyran space station had rugged dark peach complexion, large violet eyes, bounteous cherry lips, short spiky cerise mane, a long yet broad nose, a medium-sized shark tattoo on his right shoulder, and powerful deep voice. The commander worked with the X-Men on several missions as well as befriended them. Two weeks ago, he had a mission with Scott and Nadja. He wore a black suit, green long-sleeved dress shirt, black/green spats, and short yet well manicured fingernails.
"Jane, you are a making great but quick recovery," said Dr. Adagio after he examined her. "Diamond is doing well also. Don't worry, she is at her guest quarters." Diamond had also changed. She had now yellow eyes yet her pupils were star-shaped and purple giraffe-like spots that covered her entire body. Their artificial mutations were successful.
Two hours later, Diamond and Jane rode on the space elevator. They still felt rather uncomfortable in their new forms yet were glad to see each other again. When the elevator stopped, the door opened. It was Magneto and Professor X! Both ladies gasped as they quickly took a step back.
Their former boyfriends affirmed their names at the same time as they entered the elevator. The female agents smiled nervously as they lost their ability to speak. Magneto wore a long-sleeved black polo shirt, burgundy pants, and black riding boots. The Professor wore a white long-sleeved business shirt, olive blazer, matching slacks, and black loafers. The older men returned the smiles as they came closer.
"Hello Erik. It has been a long time since I have seen you." Jane said as both her courage and her voice returned.
"It has been too long." Erik explicated as he gently put his hand on her facial cheek and began to stroke it with his thumb. "Hello Diamond. It is so nice to see you again." He turned to Diamond and gave her a handshake with his free hand and a warm simper.
"Hello Diamond and Jane. It is really good to see you both again."
"Same here," Diamond chuckled.
CHAPTER III
Misty looked for clues in Jane's Ambrosia guest quarters while Scott contemplated in Diamond's tenant residence. They both discovered some insinuation yet it seemed insensible. As they returned to Dr. Crevasse's office, he ascertained many allusions from his previous task with Diamond and Jane. He now suspected that Cmdr. Defrin was involved in their disappearance. Since he had known the Noveler, Dr. Crevasse had always found the commander's methods prodigious. Moreover, he knew that Vigor worked with Magneto on many occasions.
Vigor and Erik had been friends for several years. Vigor saw Magneto as a somewhat patriarchal figure although Vigor disliked many of Erik's views. Erik discovered about Llyrans from Vigor three years ago when Vigor rescued Magneto from an alien assassin yet both Vigor and Magneto procured several injuries. After they fully recovered at the main Llyran space station, Erik stayed there for a long while. Magneto loved the space station and helped update it but didn't see Diamond and Jane during his tarriance.
Several moments later, Dr. Warren Agador appeared on Dr. Crevasse's office screen. Ernie's former college roommate found Gist twenty years ago and helped concoct the third Llyran headquarters. He was Xavier's good friend as well as a former teacher of Xavier's school. He was a moderately matured 6'0 man with large muscular frame, dark green eyes, smooth bronze complexion, wide yet long pointy nose, large deep red lips, shoulder-length thick yet straight black hair, and a cleft chin. He had a long bushy eyebrow that went from his left eye to his right eye and spoke with booming baritone voice. He wore a mustard yellow long-sleeved mock turtleneck, purple blazer, matching pants, and purple leather loafers. His mane's sides were pinned back into a braided ponytail while the rest hang down.
"Hello Ernie. It is pleasant to see you again. Hello Scott and Misty. I see that you are both well." Ernie, Scott, and Misty greeted him with a nod. "Are you going to make to our banquet this evening? Cmdr. Defrin, Magneto, Pierce and Professor X are already here."
"They are?" Ernie asserted as he rose his eyebrows.
"Yes," Warren smiled.
"Then I will come."
"That's smashing. See you later." The screen went blank.
"Come on. I think that the concluding evidence are awaiting us." Ernie said as he put his black satchel over his shoulder and went to the main landing port with Scott and Misty. They went on Vecchio I, a medium silver ship. Ernie piloted it as he wore clear ski shades.
When Vecchio I arrived on the planet, Dr. Crevasse stepped out of the ship alone. He wore a black tuxedo, black leather loafers, and clear ski shades as Warren and two armed guards greeted him. He followed them to the banquet. As he entered the large dining room, he noticed that some guests were Agitators since he examined a secret file that identified them. Diamond walked past by him as she wore a black long-sleeved gown, black two-inched shoes, and clear lip-gloss. Her shiny black locks hang down.
Suddenly, Dr. Adagor's two armed guards collapsed and the door smashed open. Several armed people rushed in as they wore black hooded jumpsuits, black gloves, black goggles, and black boots. Several people including Dr. Adagor ran yet Diamond and Ernie chased them. As Dr. Adagor ran to a nearby door, an unseen force tackled him and punched him repeatedly until he was unconscious. The unseen entity peeled off Dr. Adagor's face and showed that it was Moribund, an Agitator. Cyclops became visible as he touched his bracelet.
"Are you okay," asked one of the masked men.
"Yes," Cyclops said as he backed away and the armed men took Moribund into custody.
Shortly afterwards, Vigor talked to several of the armed men as Scott returned to the dining room. After the armed men left, Vigor thanked Scott for his help. Cyclops welcomed the acknowledgment with a smile as Vigor told him that they found the real Dr. Adagor and he was tired yet healthy. As Vigor left, Scott joined Misty, Xavier, Ernie and Diamond, who were in a discussion. When they finally left the dining room, they found Jane with Erik and Pierce. Pierce mended Erik's injured arm as Jane spoke to her former boyfriend.
"It seemed like old times." Xavier said as he undid his bow tie and put his hands in his pockets.
"It does Professor," said Scott.
