To Repair: $ E-Mail or Call BENCH FEE: Is included in the repair costs and is billed REGARDLESS of repairs NOT MADE. The Fee is $ 30.00 STORAGE FEE: Is added to the bill, for Equipment not shipped or picked up within the ninety (90) days of notice! After (90)days see the DISCLAIMER. All accounts under (90) days will be assessed $15.00 per mouth (30 days) prorated. Assessment begins fourteen (14) days (Grace Period), after our notification by Phone, Mail, Fax, or E-mai. DISCLAIMER: All equipment over ninety (90) days, unless otherwise noted, becomes the property of MDCCI to Sell, Donate, or Recycle. Prior owners may redeem equipment at fair market value which is to include fees, and appropriate taxes, providing equipment has not been Sold, Donated, or Recycled.

Warranties

All work performed by MDCCI comes with a limited 90 day parts and labor guarantee.

Covers all aspects but not limited to Fire, Theft, and Damage.
