REFORMATTING

	One needs to understand what works for one may not work for you and what worked before may not work the second time around so reformatting will at least resolve the cookie monster.  If you have never reformatted your computer then you will probably have to reformatt 2 or three times and having some sort of virus protection will help protect your computer but also cause problems because most virus protections cannot differentuate between a good pop up or a bad.  I do not think people realize the importance of reformatting and they relied soly on free scans to fix any problems and except any remaining issues from there. Reformatting cleans your hard drive so those times you tried a service and later decided to remove it will no longer be a trace.  This then will give you a better starting point to work from and learning the reformatting process when you are free from required to will make needing to an easier process.  Understand you should have backup disks to reformatt from and printing out my steps will be a guide when you can not even get onto the internet.  I really have no training on the computer and all my knowledge is from trial and error so if you have any advice to offer society then please feel free to sign my guestbook and if you have the steps to reformat another Windows version or the like then please let me link to your page or Email me the steps and I will make another Pagebuilder page.
