System: Nintendo 64, Gameboy Color Comments: The N64 version is awesome. You, again, take the part of your favorite Mario world character. (Toad is in it!) Great party game! Doubles and single modes, mini-games, Toad, power-up moves, and Toad! It may make you want to take up Tennis for a living. (Sorry, this sounds like a commercial. This is a non-profit fan site so no money was made.) The GBC is great too, it's a good combination of RPG and a sports game. Tricks and Cheats: Mario Tennis(Gameboy Color) In Luigi's Shooting Star mini-game, beat level 3 to unlock the Castle Court. In Yoshi's Fruit Fantasy mini-game, beat level 3 to unlock the Tropics Court. In DK's Banana Bunch mini-game, beat level 3 to unlock the Jungle Court. Beat level 3 of Waluigi's Medallion Match mini-game on GBC Mario Tennis. Using the N64 Transfer Pak with N64 Mario Tennis, choose "Refresh Data" to unlock the Waluigi Court on the N64 Mario Tennis. Beat level 3 of Wario's Treasure Box mini-game on GBC Mario Tennis. Using the N64 Transfer Pak with N64 Mario Tennis, choose "Refresh Data" to unlock the Wario Court on the N64 Mario Tennis. Beat level 3 of Yoshi's Fruit Fantasy mini-game on GBC Mario Tennis. Using the N64 Transfer Pak with N64 Mario Tennis, choose "Refresh Data" to unlock the Yoshi Court on the N64 Mario Tennis. Mario Tennis (N64) To unlock Shyguy, beat the Star Cup in singles mode. To unlock Donkey Kong Jr, beat the Star Cup in the doubles mode. For the Mario Bros. court, use Mario to beat the single Mushroom Cup. Use Yoshi to beat the single Mushroom Cup for the Yoshi/Baby Mario court. For a Mario Bros. court in front of the castle, use Mario to beat the doubles Star Cup. Use the mean ol' Wario to beat the doubles Star Cup for a nice ol' Wario/Waluigi court. Beat the Rainbow Cup as every character to unlock the max difficulty computer level. |
