Excel 97's Flight Simulator

1.    Open a new workbook
2.    Press F5
3.    Type X97:L97, then press Enter
4.    Press the Tab key once
5.    Hold down the Shift and Ctrl keys
6.    Click on the Chart Wizard (the little bar chart icon in the tool bar)
7.    Better take your Dramamine.

Left mouse move forward, right mouse reverses.  Control Shift Escape to exit.

 

Excel 95's Hall of Tortured Souls

1.    Open Excel 95 with a blank work sheet
2.    Go down to the 95th row
3.    Select the whole row
4.    Tab over to coloum B
5.    Goto Help/About
6.    Hold down ctrl-alt-shift and click on the tech support button
7.    A window call "Hall of Tortured souls should appear
8.    At the end of the hall and all the programmers names, do a 180 turn, come bace down the stairs, face the wall and type excelkfa. Walk through the wall and see the pictures (don't fall off!).

 

Excel 5.0's Dot Matrix Credits Display

1.    Begin with a new (blank) worksheet displaying the standard toolbar.
2.    Using the mouse, right click on the toolbar.
3.    Choose CUSTOMIZE.
4.    Under CATAGORIES scroll all the way down to CUSTOM.
5.    Click and drag the solitaire (deck of cards) icon to the toolbar.
6.    When the ASSIGN MACRO box comes up, click OK.
7.    Close the CUSTOMIZE box.
8.    Press and hold CTRL-ALT-SHIFT, then left click on the solitaire icon.
9.    Sit back and enjoy the show.

 

Excel 4.0 Vs Lotus 123

1.    Open Excel 4.0 with a blank work sheet
2.    Select Options/Tool Bars
3.    Click on the 'customize' button
4.    Select 'Custom' in the categories list box
5.    From the top row of icon, select the solitare icon and drag it onto the regular toolbar
6.    Click on 'ok' without assigning a command to the button, then click on close
7.    Maximize the worksheet

Press Control-Shift and click on the solitare icon.
