| The Villager Number one selling blend in the U.S.A . A golden cavendish base with a hint of fire-cured tobacco blended in. The result is an exciting taste and flavorful aroma. This is a tobacco that can be enjoyed around the clock. The Villager II Same tobacco but chopped instead of ribbon cut. Many find this is easier to pack and only a small amount of gray ash is left in the bottom of your pipe when finished. Highlander Golden cavendish tobacco with a hint of marachino for just the right taste of sweetness. A very popular blend. Ozark Traveler Golden Virginia and Burely's blended just right. The closest to the Captain Black Regular. Hidden Valley Black Gold Fire-cured cavendish discreetly flavored to produce an extrememly mild, slow burning, cool smoke. Peaches and Honey Imagine the flavor of a fresh picked peach and the sweetness of freshly harvested honey. Two tobaccos blended together and placed in the press for a minimum of 90 days. Some that we have kept longer than 90 days have proven to us the question. Does the length make a significant difference? Peach Sweet as a Georgia Peach! No bite, slow burning cavendish. Honey Dew This tobacco stands alone. Nothing has to be added, no further treatment required. Inspiration A combination of six different tobaccos that produce a flavorful smoke unique in aroma. This is a blend that seems to have become the favorite smoke of our local pipe club members. Named in honor of a very special and courageous lady, who has become a true inspriation to all who have become acquainted with her, especially over these past two years. Reuben's Pleasure Developed for a friend and club member who was experiencing some problems with his throat. Gentle as the evening breeze, smokable day and night. Without any further trouble, this has replaced his old favorite tobacco. We recommend this blend to anyone that smokes several pipes full daily. Doc Hill Created especially for one of our local pharmacists! Who requested a special touch be added to the Villager. Jerry's Favorite This must be good....Jerry has smoked his particular blend for years and we were able to match it for him. With this blend, Jerry won our local pipe club "free choice" pipe smoking contest. Jack's Blend If you like burleys, then you need to try this one. Jack had been smoking an old favorite for years, when we started the store, Jack commissioned us to create a special blend for him. This final product satisfied him and many of the burley smokers in our area. You might want to try this one. Black Cherrry From the best Black Cavendish and the fullest Cherry, we have a very flavorful smoke for those who enjoy quality black cavendish with definite fruit flavor. Hop-a-long's Special Keith wanted something rich! So we combined seven of the finest tobaccos and gave him a blend of his own. The next two blends are the result of several years of experimenting. About 15 years ago we developed them for our own enjoyment. These tobaccos are kept in the press for one full year. If you enjoy an aromatic blend, then your certainly will want to try. Arkansas Passion A special blend for those romantic nights or for settling back to dream of days gone by. Before Viagra there was Arkansas Passion. A blend of black cavendish with heavy vanilla flavor and a light touch of cherry. Black Buttered Rum Do you enjoy a smoke after dinner with a definite zing? This is the one. The time in the press makes all the difference. Enjoy a full black cavendish? Now try one that has been imporved with a natural cavendish flavored with buttered rum. A FAVORITE of local pipe smokers. Still in the experimental stage Several of our customers have been used to blends with Latakia or Perique. We try hard to please everyone, so off to the back room we went and after a few weeks we have come up with four blends that we are sampling among our clients. BB-7 High grade red cake Virginia and latakia make for a rather strong smoke. BB-8 High grade red cake Virginia and perique together for a heavy flavor BB-9 Like just a little latakia? Then this is the one...same as the basic BB-7, but with less latakia. BB-10 Again this has the same base as the BB-8, but with less perique. Tobacco+Plus individually seals each bag. We keep bags of 2 oz., 4 oz., 8 oz., and 16 oz. weighed and sealed for freshness. We also package our tobacco in plastic tubs in 8 oz. and 16 oz, for a small additional fee. |
