Bulgarian Makarov
	I used to own a Russian Makarov, but sold it several years ago.  I've been regretting that decision ever since.  So when the Bulgarian Makarov came on the market, I decided I needed one.  It's not as nice as the Russian Makarov that I had, but it's still a neat little handgun.  Chambered for the 9x18 Makarov round, it is fun to shoot and feels good in my hand. The Bulgarian Makarov is not particularly significant in historical terms.  I understand it was a police/military sidearm.  The BATF does not recognize it as being suitable or eligible for Curio & Relic status.  But I think it makes a great little sidearm, especially if you carry a concealed handgun.  The magazine capacity is 8, plus 1 in the chamber.  It is the largest caliber handgun to still have a fixed barrel.  Takedown is a snap, too.  All in all, the Makarov is my favorite handgun.  One of the magazines shown is numbered to the gun, and the other two are spares. Just in case you're wondering, I've edited out the serial number.
